Tom Baker founded Cobblestone Entertainment, LLC in 2002. He began his career as a producer / editor in 1987, working as an ad agency writer / producer, a radio & television commercial writer / producer / editor for a production company, and a cable series producer / editor and manager of post-production for Scripps Networks.
Walt’s career began in the early 80’s while studying at the Institute of Audio Research in New York City, working at the Rodgers & Hammerstein Archives of Recorded Sound. He then left New York to accept a position as a recording engineer with a firm in Central Florida, working for five years with recording artists and local bands. After a long absence from video, Walt began working with the International Media Ministries.
After completing an A.S. degree in Electronics, he worked for Texas Instruments and Siemens A.G. Following the completion of his B.S. degree in Communications, Walt formed his own production company where, for twelve years, he worked on productions for numerous corporations and broadcast networks.
Walt worked for six years as a freelance editor and engineer for several production companies and became an adjunct professor at Pellissippi State Community College, teaching Avid editing and Guerrilla Filmmaking.
Walt joined Cobblestone in 2009 as an Editor / Engineer.
Over the years Walt has worked with Scripps Networks; HGTV, DIY, and Fine Living, A&E, Animal Planet, Discovery, Discovery Health, CBS Sports, Travel Channel, TBS, TNN, TLC, Speed Channel, Fuse, AMG, Eastman Chemical and a host of other corporate and network entities.
